Self-Train Inspiration: High Intensity Fully Body Conditioning

 Self-training workout inspiration by LKA member Daryl Rappold. 

 

Perform each exercise 20 reps, or Tabata / HIIT style with 30 seconds of
exercise and 10 seconds rest.

 

Burpee


Bench press


Box jump


Butterfly


Farmer walk


Tricep kickback


Dead lift


Curl/shoulder press


Side lunge


Lat raise front/side


Squat push press


Handstand


Calf raise


Oblique push up
